"Absolutely some of the best customer service peeps I’ve ever dealt with! Angel set up our rental with Village realty the same day we were supposed to check in with Sun realty. There was an unavoidable issue with our scheduled rental! We didn’t have to do a thing other than check in! The transfer from Sun realty to Village realty was flawless thanks to CS rep Angel! The unit was clean, the master bed was very comfortable. The amount of space in a condo is limited but hey, you get what you pay for! It’s was quaint & had everything we needed for an extended stay. We checked in & out during odd times because of the distance some had to travel. That worked perfectly! Parking under the building was nice on rain days. I lived in KDH when the Croatan Surf Club use to be a favorite hangout (Quagmires) but is now a very nice set of condos. I would stay again with a limited amount of peeps 3 is perfect. Thanks again Village realty for handling the last min. changes!"

"We recently (12/30 to 1/6/2024) stayed at Home Away in Kitty Hawk. The rental had a great view, being right on the ocean. The place was well-kept, nicely stocked and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. On issue should be brought to your attention. Significant mold was under the kitchen sink and in the downstairs vacuum cleaner."
